Gavin Sandison
Gavin is a multidisciplinary physicist-engineer with experience spanning medical devices, plasma and high-voltage systems, scientific instrumentation, aerospace sensing, manufacturing and early-stage technology ventures.
He has led products from first principles and rough prototypes through verification, regulatory design compliance and manufacture, while remaining close enough to the hardware to diagnose what is actually happening rather than merely hold meetings about it.
His particular strength is joining the mechanical, electronic, physical and operational evidence into one coherent technical picture—and converting that picture into work that can be executed.
